What does the tour price includes?
Our Tour Price includes :
# Twin sharing accommodation with private bath inclusive of breakfast in standard/deluxe/luxury top of the line hotels.
# Cost of Air-conditioned transportation by Car/Coaches as per the size of group inclusive of all Road /Interstate taxes, Parkings, Toll Tax & drivers allowances as specified in the itineraries.
# Meals as specified in our itineraries.
# Transfers between the airports/railway stations to the hotels with assistance of our local Network Tour Representative in each place.
# Service of English speaking or other language guides for sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
# Services of Network Tours Escort if the Group size is more than 10 persons.
# One Bottle of Mineral Water every day.
# A Souvenir from Network Tours.

What does the tour price exclude?

Our Tour Price excludes :

  • Tips & expenses of personal nature like Porter fee, Laundry, Telephone calls, Table Drinks, Internet charges Entrance fee to monuments unless specified in the tour price includes.
  • Medical insurance/ Travel insurance which must be obtained from your country before arriving in India. Normally your comprehensive Insurance takes care of travel in India.
  • Note : As per the Government of India rules all the service providers i.e. Transport Vehicle, Chain Hotels and Airlines have comprehensive insurance to take care of any emergencies and compensation.

Is the tour price subject to change?
Yes, the tour price is subject to change only if there is any increase in domestic air fare, fuel prices, fluctuation in exchange rates between U.S. dollar/ Euro/ GB Pound to Indian Rupees, any increase in hotel rates & Government taxes.

What are the cancellation rules ?
As no one can predict future, for any unforeseen reason if cancellation comes in either ways:
A ) Cancellation by You:
i. Before one month from the commencement of the Tour – 20% of the tour price per person, Air tickets if already issued – USD 50 per person/sector or as per actual cancellation rules which keep changing from time to time.
ii. Within One Month and before 14 days of the commencement of the Tour – 40% of the tour price per person + Air tickets – USD 50 per person/sector or as per actual cancellation rules which keep changing from time to time.
iii. Within 14 days of the commencement of the Tour – 50% of the tour price per person + USD 50 per person/sector or as per actual cancellation rules which keep changing from time to time.
iv. In case you leave the tour after commencement: Cancellation charge will be 100%.
However if there is any genuine reason to leave the tour we will try our best to get the refunds from the principal service providers like hotels, transportation services and will try and refund the same to you
B ) Cancellation by us:
Since all our itineraries are subject to a minimum number of person per tour & the airlines & train schedule, Network Tours reserves the right to cancel the departure or offer an alternate date. You have an option of getting full refund of your deposit if such a case may arise. As a service group, we realize that your time is precious and if under any circumstances beyond our control we have to cancel the tour, we inform you without any delay.

Last minute changes?
Ans. We plan our holidays months in advance, thus any changes due to sudden technical problems, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, overbooking, closure of the hotel or any change in the government policy that leads us to alter the itinerary, we will offer an alternative tour or refund as per cancelation rules as stated in clause “Cancellation by You”. We hope you understand that as our valued guest we take every effort to make your journey comfortable but minor changes may occur. We assure you that in event of any major change we will inform you in advance.

How do I book and what is the lead time ?
Ans. We need minimum one weeks time to book a tour. However during high season, special events, trade fairs and festivals minimum three to six months are required to book all services on confirm basis. In India best air fares are available within advance purchase of minimum 15 days and railway tickets are booked 04 months in advance to get confirmed bookings.

How do I pay?
Ans. 20% of payment has to come to us at the time of booking. 50% two months before arrival and the rest 30%, one week prior to the date of commencement of that tour. Your tour is deemed to be booked only when we receive the first deposit. The payment is to be made to:-

What is Network Tours responsibilities?

Ans. Please understand that although Network Tours makes all the arrangements with the Hotels, Railways and Airlines for your comfortable stay and travel, they are all separate entities and thus Network Tours cannot be held responsible if they withdraw their services at any point of time.

Network Tours does not take any responsibility in case of any flight or train delays. A participant of our tour cannot make any claims against us for any loss, injury or damage to self or property due to any act of these separate entities.
